If you place an order with us and you have given us the wrong delivery address, please do not panic we can handle this for you, all we need you to do is simply send an email to us at help@dropdead.co and use the word "change" in the subject line and make sure you put the correct details in the email. Our team will check these emails in a morning before we start to despatch orders and change the details to the correct ones you provide to us in the email.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse we are unable to change the delivery address. 


If your order does get dispatched without us changing the details, then there is a chance your order could still be delivered depending on the mistake, if not then your order will most likely be returned to us. If your order is returned to us then we will contact you for the correct details to resend your order.
