If you are wanting to exchange an item for a different size, but have noticed that the item is no longer in stock on the website, it is normally worth sending the item back for an exchange regardless. 


If there are no future plans to restock the item, then we may get one returned to us for us to be able to fulfil your exchange anyway. If we come to process your return and there are any issues or the item is not in stock, then we will contact you to see if you would prefer an alternative item or refund. 


In busy times this is not always achievable and we may have to automatically refund you.
