Please note, for hygiene reasons mask's and underwear cannot be returned. If any other items are nonreturnable, then this will be stated in the product description.
You can return your item/s up to 28 days for UK customers or 45 days for International customers, after receiving them. Items must be in their original condition ie. unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging where possible. We will not exchange or refund any item that has been washed or worn.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for any return postage/shipping costs.

It is important to fill out and include the returns card that comes with your order, the order number is a vital part of identifying your return. Order numbers start with ‘DD’ and can be found in your confirmation email.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS PERIOD
If you are buying for Christmas presents, we extend our returns period. This means anything purchased in the beginning of November, up until Christmas, then you will have until the end of February to return to us.
