If you believe your item to be damaged or faulty then please get in touch with us as soon as possible with an image of the issue. 


If your item arrives damaged then you will need to get in touch with us in the first 7 days after delivery. 


If your items becomes faulty upon wearing or following the care label instructions then please contact our customer care team with images and information about the issue. 


Please always check product descriptions before contacting us, as we do have quite a few items that are made uniquely and can have different finishes.
